Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate them to physicians

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

• Perform routine procedures and document in patients' charts

• Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

• Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety

• Provide instant medical care in emergencies

• Supervise and train LPNs

• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families

• Competitive hourly rate of $32-$35

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

• Excellent knowledge of emergency care

• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.)

• Responsible and compassionate

• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills

• Valid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
