Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is a small, close-knit facility dedicated to providing exceptional, resident-centered care. With safe staff-to-resident ratios and a supportive team environment, our CNAs are empowered to build meaningful connections and deliver the compassionate care our residents deserve.
We are currently seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide compassionate, respectful care that supports dignity and independence
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Support residents with meals and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in the state of Kentucky
Strong work ethic and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for caring for others
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
