Lacks Employee Health Facility is located at nd St SE Kentwood, MI 49512

The physician will dedicate 100% of their time to practicing at the newly renovated Lacks Employee Health Facility, which features spacious modernized patient rooms. Clinic is a concierge type practice with 30-minute patient visits offering full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits as well as occupational health On-site medications for patients and lab draws Current clinical team includes 1 physician, 1 advanced practice professional, 5 support staff (mix of MAs & BOC), and a dedicated practice leader. Physician will be able to deliver high level patient centered care, fostering strong, trusting relationships while effectively managing a shared patient panel of approximately 1,500 individuals across providers. Requirements Experience required Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board. Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license BLS certification (must be maintained)/ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include: Providing direct patient care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Participating in teaching and mentoring Documenting in Epic EMR Engaging in quality improvement initiatives Supporting community health efforts Diversity & Inclusion We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
