- Maintain high professional standards and adhere to state regulations.
- Complete nursing database and care plan with precise and relevant information, reporting findings to the physician.
- Perform nursing procedures and interventions safely, efficiently, and with excellent technical skill.
- Skillfully defuse anxious, hostile, or violent behavior at the earliest possible stage.
- Identify patient learning needs and provide comprehensive education.
- Demonstrate effective delegation skills in patient care.
- Utilize information gained from annual training and ensure compliance with the nurse practice act. Skills:
- Required Skills & Experience :
- N/A - Preferred Skills & Experience :
- Hospital experience within the past five (5) years. Education:
- Required Education :
- Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred Education :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Certifications & Licensure:
- Required Certifications & Licensure :
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse License.
- BLS
- Preferred Certifications & Licensure :
