Job Description Job Description Location: Northport, AL Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN/ Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions. Responsibilities: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled OT services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians Educate residents and families on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality patient care Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program SNF or geriatric experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule: Full-Time Flexible scheduling available Benefits (may include): Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with employer match Continuing education support Supportive leadership and collaborative work environment Why Join Us?
