Responsibilities Communicate product and service information to customers and prospective customers. Assist with customer and community communication initiatives. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions. Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Build and maintain positive professional relationships. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Follow up with prospective customers and existing customers when appropriate. Assist with preparing promotional and communication materials. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
