Job Description
Position: Hadoop Developer Duration: 4+ Months Location: Charlotte, NC /Detroit, MI Direct client: Immediate interview H1-Transfer will work CIA is foundational for an enriched user experience across digital interaction channels. • New 360° view of customers will enable cross-sell and up-sell offers. • Improved capabilities in data and analytics will fuel growth opportunities and superior financial performance. • Multi-structured (big data) analytics will enable advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics. Platform Technical Skills • Installing, configuring & administering Cloudera cluster (Cloud or on-prem) • Conducts performance tests on all environments • Ability to develop functionality within a Hadoop clusters • Ability to manage data files available in the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS). • Configuring HIVE and Oozie to store metadata in Microsoft SQL Server. • Developing HIVE scripts to combine and find data insights • Utilizing SQOOP to export data insights from HDFS
