Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. This position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts , including weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently Handle reservations, payments, and basic accounting tasks Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive stay Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work 1st and 2nd shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Airport South
