- # Lead PR07U 2nd shift Evis -Center Tx (FT)Apply: Center Processing Plant - Center, Texas: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 5, 2026 (6 days left to apply): R0487964**Job Details:**This position pays $19.25/Per Hour with a $1.00 shift increase for 2nd Shift. This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operations of debone operation. Job Synopsis: Primary tasks include department set-up; ensure USDA, production and HACCP requirements are met in area. Assist supervisor with monitoring shoulder cuts, mechanical issues with debones and meat supply. Make decisions on staffing assignments based upon product flow, product mix and attendance. Other responsibilities include relieving line personnel as needed, fill-in for absenteeism as necessary, wash down at breaks, and insure general housekeeping. Fill in for Supervisor in their absence. Must have at least six months of Lead experience with single employer within the last 12 months **Rehire Eligibility:****Prior Employee Waiting Period**: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 181-day waiting period before you can reapply.**Number of Times Worked at Tyson:** You are eligible to apply if you have worked for Tyson no more than three times.**Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**2ND SHIFT (United States of America)**Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
