LPN Nurse Supervisor

Luxury Senior Living Communities in Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead & Weston are seeking an LPN Nurse Supervisor. Responsibilities Respond to Emergency Response System alerts and supervise residents’ self‑administered medication. Administer medications requiring licensed personnel and monitor residents’ health condition changes. Supervise Nursing Assistants. Schedule physician appointments and arrange transportation. Implement and supervise resident therapeutic diets. Qualifications LPN license required. At least 3‑5 years of nursing experience in long‑term care or acute care. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Spanish preferred. Basic math skills. Desired Attributes Polite, responsible, outgoing, punctual, quick on the feet, and resourceful. Flexible with work schedule, available during emergencies, willing to work under pressure and multitask. Self‑motivated with strong work ethic; able to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; patient and clear communicator with elderly residents.
