Weekly coaching and established systems will help you stay consistent and understand exactly where your business stands.

You'll also receive a high commission split , allowing you to keep more of what you produce as your business grows.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to track progress and manage client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals, demonstrating your drive and commitment to success.
• Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and shared success.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing client relationships and tracking progress.
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients and secure favorable terms in transactions.
