Overview Flexible Staffing Assistant (RPO Specialist) – Joliet, IL We are looking for customer-service oriented people to work in our office and support hiring events. Bilingual is a plus. This is a variable-schedule position supporting hiring events; availability will vary week-to-week and may be less than 40 hours/week . Responsibilities Manage the candidate experience (interviewing, hiring, and consideration stages) Provide excellent customer service; ensure applicants feel welcomed and informed Communicate role details, policies, expectations, and requirements Ensure hiring steps are completed per client guidelines (including ID collection and I-9 support as required) Ensure applicants understand assignment details before leaving the site Perform high-volume data entry accurately in client systems Communicate via in-person, phone, email, chat, and other channels as needed Other duties as business needs require Qualifications 2+ years customer service experience (retail/recruiting/hospitality preferred) HS diploma/GED Strong attention to detail; comfort with online systems/scanners/webcams Calm under pressure; strong written/verbal communication Ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed On-site attendance required #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrity Staffing Solutions
