Our Client:

Our client is a global leader in workplace hospitality, conference services, and guest experience management. They are seeking an experienced Director of Conference & Hospitality Services to oversee conference, reception, and executive hospitality operations within one of New York City's premier law firms.

This highly visible leadership role is ideal for a hospitality executive who thrives in luxury service environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all conference, reception, and hospitality operations.
• Oversee executive meetings, VIP events, and client experiences.
• Partner with executive client leadership to improve hospitality operations.
• Develop innovative hospitality programs and service initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop hospitality team members.
• Create staffing schedules and manage labor effectively.
• Monitor KPIs and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Prepare business reviews and operational reports.
• Maintain SOPs and service standards.
• Ensure conference rooms and reception areas consistently reflect premium hospitality standards.
• Support after-hours executive meetings and special events when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–7+ years of hospitality leadership experience.
• Previous leadership experience in conference services, workplace hospitality, corporate hospitality, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong executive client relationship management skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Local to the New York City area (approximately a 30-minute commute preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Director of Conference Services experience.
• Luxury hospitality or conference center management background.
• Experience supporting executive-level meetings and events.
• Wine knowledge and pairing recommendations.
• Strong strategic planning and operational improvement experience.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Approximately 50 hours per week
• Major holidays off (based on client schedule)
