Job Description Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients in theDepartment. Track contractions, operate fetal monitors, and administer prescribed pain relief medications. Assisting Doctors; Prepare the delivery room and support obstetricians or midwives during childbirth. Managing labor, providing comfort, guiding new parents, and support recovery. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the state of PA; 1-year clinical experience required; specific orientation for the Maternity Department; participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains professional knowledge and skills related to the areas of responsibility.
