Maintain laboratory equipment, measuring devices, testing instruments, reference materials, and calibration records to ensure equipment remains accurate, properly maintained, and available for daily quality activities. Support ISO 9001:2015 requirements, internal audits, customer audits, document control, inspection procedures, work instructions, quality forms, retention samples, testing standards, and overall audit readiness. Partner with production operators, supervisors, operations leadership, and quality team members to address real-time quality concerns, reinforce inspection requirements, support employee quality training, and prevent non-conforming products from advancing through production.
