Autonomy Lead
The Opportunity:

Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomy programs in support of client strategy. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.


You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with US Navy operations
• 5+ years of experience with Special Operations or Supporting activities
• 5+ years of experience in advanced disruptive capabilities, including electronic and information warfare
• Experience supporting autonomous system program management
• Experience with unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) or unmanned surface vehicle (USV)
• Experience in managing capability and technology development and implementation
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience working in unmanned or counter unmanned system policy analysis, acquisition, or integration
• 3+ years of experience with planning naval exercises, including operational and tactical-level planning
• Ability to produce high quality deliverables for senior-level audiences

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
