Our team brings together medical providers, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and milieu professionals to support the complex medical and behavioral health needs of our patients.DescriptionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential team. This role provides hands-on nursing care while working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient safety, stabilization, and recovery. The position offers a three 12-hour shift schedule, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance, along with a weekend shift differential for eligible shifts. This is a great opportunity for an RN interested in developing or expanding experience in eating disorder and behavioral health treatment within a supportive, team-oriented environment.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado within 60 days of hire required.Obtain CPR Certification within 90 days of hire requiredValid Drivers license with no major driving violations in last 5 years required.Experience treating patients with eating disorders preferredExperience in a mental or behavioral health setting preferred.Good oral and written communication skills preferred.Computer Skills:Minimum of beginner skills in Microsoft Office suite.Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system.Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within various software products.Physical Demands and Environment:Sitting frequently, standing occasionally, walking occasionally, talking frequently, hearing frequently, seeing constantly, reaching with arms and hands occasionally, crouching occasionally and using fingers intricately. This position requires lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds rarely.Environmental conditions of this job include but are NOT limited to:99% inside, 99% normal temperature and 99% normal noise as expected in a medical office environment.
