As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP), you will own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of positions and work with hiring teams on their talent needs and growth plans. Every day, you will review applications and source candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, work closely with hiring teams on talent recommendations, and project manage the recruitment lifecycle from interview to offer acceptance. As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner, you contribute beyond filling roles; you are a strategic partner who moves the talent position of the capabilities you support.

How You Will ContributeTalent Acquisition Partnership
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and vision, write job descriptions, define recruitment strategies, and execute the full-cycle recruitment process
- Apply good judgment and effective prioritization to manage incoming applications and make timely decisions on feedback and next steps
- Conduct behavioral and skillset-based interviews by phone or video to assess knowledge, skills, and values based on alignment with our vision
- Use an array of tools (Lever, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter) to source and screen talent
- Own an elevated candidate and hiring team experience through high-touch communication by call, email, or other means to set expectations and build meaningful relationships toward a successful placement
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand the talent needs of the organization so you can effectively represent the role to candidates and evaluate potential alignment
- Leverage market knowledge and insights gained through interviews and application review to make recommendations informing possible pivots in recruiting strategy
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activities
TA Strategy and Innovation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve TA strategies and processes and create long-term value through innovation and initiative
- Support TA team initiatives and actively contribute knowledge to searches led by other colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the TA team
- Apply a strong understanding of organization goals and priorities to short- and long-term TA strategy
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with examples of leading full-cycle recruitment on a variety of roles
- Ability and enthusiasm to evaluate candidates on both role requirements and fit with Stand Together’s culture, values, and approach to social change
- Experience working directly with hiring leaders to translate a job need into an effective search strategy, including developing job descriptions, stewarding our selection philosophy, sourcing for candidates, and advising on tradeoffs
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools; comfortable learning and adapting to new systems
- Demonstrated judgment in driving talent, process, and compensation recommendations based on market data and insights

- Experience and demonstrated aptitude for people management and coaching
- Experience serving as a talent acquisition partner on a wide variety of roles and industries
- TA experience for impact, philanthropy, or nonprofit organizations
