When disaster strikes — a burst pipe, a house fire, unexpected mold — families and businesses in our community need someone they can trust. ServiceMaster Restore has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find us when they need us most.
Package:
- Base Salary of $48k-$60k per year.
- Monthly performance commission on your client referrals.
- Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals - NO CAP!
- The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can double their base salary.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
- Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
- Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
- Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
- Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
- Meet and exceed monthly goals

- CRM experience is a plus

Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
