Responsibilities The Employee Nurse (EHN) is a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse who provides direct and indirect nursing care for employees, contract employees, and non‑employee groups, with an emphasis on employee health. Reporting jointly to the CNO and HRD, the EHN utilizes established protocols and current standards of care to meet the wide variety of health care needs and requirements of the employee population.
