Key responsibilities: Make outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment, averaging 16-24 completed calls per hour Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors, following approved scripts Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while representing multiple clients Required qualifications: One year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record Access to a dedicated wired internet connection A quiet workspace free from interruptions Basic computer skills Commitment to charitable causes and a willingness to learn
