• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, behavioral, and community health services
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support patient care decisions
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Refer patients to specialists when needed and support continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits
• Mentor and support mid-level providers, residents, and medical students ‍⚕️‍⚕️
• Occasionally provide after-hours on-call support and coverage for colleagues

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Current DEA license
• Board Certified Physician
• Strong knowledge of family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-based environment
• English proficiency required; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese) are a plus
