Patient Navigator: Phlebotomy & Genetic Testing Support

HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) is seeking a Patient Navigator to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, provide education, coordinate care, and support phlebotomy in a fast-growing outpatient setting.
You will collaborate with clinicians and partner sites to ensure efficient workflows, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and deliver a compassionate, high-quality patient experience with comprehensive benefits.
