System Administrator As a System Administrator at CyberPoint, you will provide hands-on support for mission-critical systems, ensuring reliability, performance and operational continuity. You'll work across both user support and system administration functions, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues while contributing to system improvements and stability. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Linux and Windows environments who is comfortable troubleshooting, scripting and supporting a mix of infrastructure and end-user needs. What You'll Do Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) support for initial issue identification and resolution Handle Tier 2 escalations, troubleshooting more complex system and user issues Configure, manage and maintain Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022 environments Perform system updates, patching and maintenance to ensure performance and security Implement system enhancements to improve reliability and operational efficiency Utilize scripting (eg Bash) to automate routine system administration tasks Support day-to-day IT operations across systems and users Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and improve systems This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance. Qualifications What You'll Need US Citizenship Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience IAT Level II Certification (eg Security+, CE, CySA+ GSEC, SSCP or equivalent) Experience supporting both Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT operations Intermediate experience with Linux system administration Experience administering Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022 Experience troubleshooting system and user issues across environments Experience with scripting (eg Bash or similar) Ability to manage and configure operating systems and system components Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills What Will Set You Apart Experience with AWS cloud environments Experience with automation and scripting beyond basic administration tasks Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning Experience in secure or mission-critical environments Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical teams Our Culture Great People, Exceptional Benefits Great people are the foundation of any great company.
