This full-time, contract opportunity offers a dynamic setting supporting PreK-12 students with moderate to severe needs. With a 35-hour workweek and flexible placements, you'll gain valuable experience across diverse school environments.

What You Bring:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Experience working with school-aged children (PreK-12 preferred)
• Knowledge of assessment, IEP development, and speech/language therapy for moderate to severe needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adaptability to work across multiple sites as needs arise
• Comfort with a flexible schedule and changing caseload assignments
• Dedication to fostering growth and communication skills in all learners

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessment, direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Offer support to educators and families, advocating for student success
• Travel between schools in the IU service area as needed
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment for children with communication challenges
