We are a licensed California electrical contractor (est. 1989) expanding a patented line of custom-engineered solar streetlight systems. After navigating the COVID era and a temporary restructuring phase, we are rebuilding and scaling this division with a focused, lean model. The foundation is solid. The product is real. The opportunity is substantial. We are seeking a professional, independent sales executive to help build this division from the ground up. The Product
- Patented solar-powered streetlights
- Engineered and field-proven
- Infrastructure-grade (not consumer lighting)
- Designed for municipalities, developers, HOAs, commercial and industrial properties
This is a self-directed role for someone who:
- Thrives in a commission-driven environment
- Is comfortable working independently and in the field
- Can identify, pursue, and close infrastructure-scale opportunities
- Builds long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Honest and honorable in all dealings
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Entrepreneurial and disciplined
- Able to open doors and structure complex sales
- Comfortable selling six-figure projects
- Commission-based with strong percentage
- Modest draw against commission available
- Significant upside as territory develops
- Potential to grow into a leadership role as division expands
This is not a corporate sales job.
