Full-Time Back-up Nanny | Woodside, CA

A warm and welcoming family in Woodside, CA is seeking a Full-Time Back-Up Nanny to support their nanny team in caring for their 4-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. This position is unique: the nanny will be on retainer year-round and will work up to a maximum of 12 weeks per year to provide coverage when the primary nannies are on vacation, out sick, or otherwise unavailable. Guaranteed annual retainer of $65,000, regardless of how many of the 12 weeks are worked. Maximum of 12 work weeks per year following the 7-on/7-off, 7am-7pm schedule.
