Salary Range: $2.13 To $3.75 Hourly Job Summary We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for Bartenders to enhance our company. We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude. You will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Front of the House Operations. This position requires nights and weekends each month. Requirements Available to work flexible hours and days Be able to be on your feet for 4-8 hours Be able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, shove, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Knowledgeable in-service standards Have a Food Handlers Card/Bartending Certification (Check with your local health Dept for requirements) Responsibilities Open and closing duties; setting up, breaking down and maintaining the bar area during your shift Stock/prep and making sure the bar is set for service. Batch all bulk cocktails and scratch mix all other cocktails. Have an extra level of knowledge from the servers and be a more of a “key” teammate on the floor. Ensure that our guests always receive the finest products and services that Angry Carb Shack has to offer with a friendly smile that will set us apart as a restaurant and give our guests reason to come back time after time.
