Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 24-hour Emergency Department serving patients across the full age spectrum
• Perform core ER clinical tasks including phlebotomy, IV placement, EKG, splinting, and wound care
• Safely transport patients as needed within the facility
• Utilize Meditech EHR for accurate and timely documentation
• Float on a rare basis to unit-appropriate areas or serve as an additional set of hands as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on creating a positive experience for patients and families while meeting operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience (5+ years preferred)
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Ability to perform all standard ER clinical tasks independently
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient with strong clinical judgment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech EHR platform
• Team-oriented personality with a patient-centered approach focused on positive patient and family experiences
