This role is focused on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure every dog receives high‑quality care while maintaining a clean, organized, and stress‑free environment. What You’ll Do Perform bathing and hygiene services including blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming/grinding, teeth brushing, and gland expression Follow Scenthound processes to deliver consistent, high‑quality care Complete S.C.E.N.T. Checks and record health indicators Prepare dogs for grooming and additional services Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work as part of a team to complete services efficiently and on schedule What We’re Looking For Comfortable working hands‑on with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback Calm, patient, and safety‑focused Able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods About Scenthound Scenthound is a wellness‑focused dog care company on a mission to help dogs live longer, healthier lives.
