Respond to phone inquiries promptly and professionally, making every interaction count. Build genuine connections by engaging leads consistently through calls, emails, and texts. Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Possesses previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting Has superior computer skills and data entry abilities Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill Articulate with advanced communication skills by phone and email drafting Exhibits active listening with genuine empathy, but maintaining absolute, authoritative control of a phone call to guide potential clients to a financial and legal solution Displays a high level of personal accountability High School Diploma or its equivalent, office work experience, and a self-directed work ethic
