Interventional Radiographer

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiographer II to support complex, image-guided procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you will assist interventional radiologists with vascular and non-vascular interventions, operate fluoroscopy and ancillary imaging equipment, and maintain strict radiation safety and sterile technique. You will prepare patients, monitor status throughout procedures, document accurately in EMR/PACS, and coordinate with nurses and physicians to ensure safe, efficient care.
