Speech Therapy Assistant in Hayward, CA

Qualifications:

• Current license or registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized educational and therapy plans under the direction of a licensed SLP
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to support student communication goals
• Collect and document data on student progress and report findings to the supervising SLP
• Prepare materials and assist with scheduling and organizing therapy sessions
