What You'll Do

• Perform parking lot sweeping and litter removal.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean sidewalks, curbs, and common areas.
• Operate backpack blowers and other handheld equipment.
• Identify and report property maintenance or safety concerns.
• Deliver exceptional service to commercial customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality work.
• Night, early morning, and weekend availability is a plus.
