Home Health Pavilion is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Customer Service Intake Representative to join our team.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and can provide excellent customer service in a busy medical equipment storefront.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers, patients, and caregiversAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questionsHelp customers with walkers, wheelchairs, bathroom safety equipment, respiratory equipment, incontinence supplies, and other DME productsProcess new patient referrals and intake informationCollect demographics, prescriptions, insurance information, and required documentationVerify insurance information and help coordinate ordersCommunicate with doctors' offices, facilities, patients, and caregiversEnter and update patient information in our systemAssist with showroom sales and general front-desk responsibilitiesFollow up on open orders and help ensure patients receive their equipment as quickly as possibleQualifications:Previous customer service or office experience requiredDME, medical office, healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance experience is a big plusStrong phone and communication skillsComfortable working with computers and learning new systems xhyhwjd Organized and able to handle multiple tasksFriendly, professional, and patient-focusedBilingual is a plusPosition: Full-TimeCompany: Home Health PavilionIndustry: Durable Medical Equipment (DME)We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our company while helping patients get the equipment and supplies they need to remain safe and independent at home.
