• Perform the following inspection tasks on components listed on training Competency Sheet:
o Evaluation Inspection
o Final Inspection
• Perform the following inspection tasks as assigned on all components worked in the facility:
o Receiving Inspections
o Preliminary Inspections
o In-Process Inspections
• Use precision measuring instruments and gages such as feeler gages, dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Evaluate the repair work performed within our facility or sent to outside sources for completeness and compliance to technical data.
• Follow procedures found in component maintenance manuals, service bulletins, ORI's, OREI's, drawings, check sheets, etc.
• Review and interpret related paperwork to ensure proper identification of parts, operational sequence and recorded information on appropriate documentation.
• Interpret documentation received with incoming cores to determine adequate traceability and history.
• Research compliance requirements of components in work using AD's, ASB's, and other technical data.
• Must know where to find technical data such as operation sheets, manuals, ASB's, ORI's, OREI's and blueprints.
• Must be competent in the use of torque wrenches and have a complete understanding of SAC torque specification SS9300.
• Filing and archiving of records
• Adhere to all EH&S requirements, FAA & EASA regulations, company rules, policies, procedures and corporate initiatives.
• Tag and report to TPM Manager any equipment that is unsafe or requires maintenance.
• Segregate hazardous waste material and follow good housekeeping practices.
• Work occasional overtime as required to support business requirements.

National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $61,200 - $107,985. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
