This role requires working some evenings, weekends, and holidays and reporting to the Store Manager, with guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and other team Specialists. What You’ll Do Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customers’ wants and needs Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention Assist with the opening/closing of the store Properly handle cash Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos Support fellow sales agents when needed Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings by participating in regular training May be required to work at other locations in the same geographical area What’s In It For You? As part of a customer loyalty–driven team, there is a variable targeted total compensation of $50,708 ($24.38/hr), while high earners (top 10%) reach an average annual compensation of just over $65,735 ($31.60/hr). Targeted total compensation may vary by location, experience, and completion of minimum sales targets. Compensation includes a full-time hourly base rate of $17.00/hr plus monthly targeted commissions of $1,279 . A ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings is available. Who You Are Qualifications Minimum: HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills to sell products using a consultative approach Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment Mobility within the store to greet customers and demonstrate products and services Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to lift 25–50 pounds to manage stock room inventory Preferred: Some college experience with a focus in sales, business and/or management One year of experience in related fields (sales, retail, service) Experience selling wireless/mobile products Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken Come join the Cox family of businesses and make your mark today! Compensation: Hourly pay rate is $15.29–$22.88/hour . The hourly rate may vary by location and experience. This role is eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $15,348.00 .
