Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology (EP) Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the EP lab while assisting with procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through pre- and post-procedural management.
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, initiating necessary interventions.
• Obtain and interpret 12-lead EKG/ECG for patient assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and responses.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an EP lab setting.
• Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with activated clotting time (ACT) and cardioversion procedures.
• Ability to circulate procedures and monitor procedural sedation effectively.
• Proficiency in obtaining and interpreting 12-lead EKG/ECG.
