Associate Attorney

Location Location: Belmar, NJ Duties Represent clients in personal injury cases, including case preparation and client management Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs Conduct legal research to support case strategies and trial preparation Assist senior attorneys with depositions, discovery, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed Provide high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment Requirements Entry-level attorney with a strong desire to learn and grow in personal injury law Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle a caseload and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a strong drive for success Ability to manage high-pressure situations Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications Admitted to the New Jersey Bar (or eligibility to sit for the bar exam) Skills Excellent research and analytical abilities Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (LexisNexis, Westlaw) Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Health insurance benefits Opportunities for career growth within the firm Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
