Recovery Specialist - Per Diem

Program/Location: Substance Use Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS)/ Brockton Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Pay range: $20 - $24 per hour Shift: Friday & Saturday, 2nd shift Status: Per Diem Available About Us High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit Observation & accounting of patients at all times ensuring safety (hourly checks with documentation) Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings Recovery Specialist Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED 403b - Retirement Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
