CNA - Long Term Care - McGregor, IA
13-week Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in McGregor, Iowa, working 3x12-hour shifts. The CNA will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, promoting comfort and safety, and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Requirements:
- Active Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and personal care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
