Responsibilities

• Order Processing — Enter orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records
• Scheduling — Coordinate appointments, deliveries, or service requests
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer needs
• Documentation — Maintain organized logs, notes, and customer files
• Quality Assurance — Ensure every customer interaction meets company standards
