Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical ICU setting, managing a case mix that includes joint replacement and general surgical patients
• Operate within an 11-bed unit that includes dedicated care areas for specific patient populations
• Rotate every other weekend and participate in holiday rotation
• Float to additional affiliated facilities as needed
• Adhere to all infection control and facility health policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Med/Surg experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Demonstrated competency in both ICU and Med/Surg clinical environments
• Ability to adapt to change and manage dynamic patient care situations effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Assertive, confident clinical practice with a resilient work ethic

• No on-call or call-back requirements, with the possibility of picking up additional shifts as opportunities arise
