PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position
Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent , with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Instead of being tied to one office, you gain exposure to multiple private practices while maintaining scheduling flexibility.  Our PRN model is designed around flexibility and autonomy. Providers choose their preferred availability, receive real-time shift opportunities on their phone, and pick up coverage opportunities that fit their lifestyle and schedule. Responsibilities

• Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care
• Take and interpret dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care plans
• Document treatment accurately

Requirements

• Active Dental Hygienist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in general or specialty dental practices
