Job Details: Job Location: San Diego HQ - SAN DIEGO, CA, Salary Range: $120000.00 - $135000.00Salary, Singleton Schreiber is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy, drive high-quality lead generation, and oversee members of the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has expertise in legal SEO, AEO, paid media, and social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing initiatives. Remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for in-person marketing team meetings. SALARY: $120,000-$135,000 annually Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. JOB DUTIES: Lead and execute the firm's digital marketing strategy across SEO, AEO, paid media, social media, website optimization, and lead generation efforts. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality, conversion opportunities, and overall marketing effectiveness. Oversee website content strategy, keyword strategy, SEO performance, and digital campaign execution. Manage, mentor, and support members of the digital marketing team, including performance and professional development. Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's digital presence and drive continued growth. Stay current on legal marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of digital marketing experience within the legal industry. Demonstrated experience with legal SEO, AEO, paid media, social media strategy, and lead generation. Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. Experience with marketing and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), WordPress, Unbounce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Local Falcon. Strong understanding of website optimization, keyword strategy, content marketing, and conversion-focused digital marketing. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience supervising, managing, or mentoring team members is preferred.
