Human Resources Manager

International Manufacturing Company seeking Part-Time HR Manager, to go Full-Time in 2027. This is with a growing organization and this professional will be instrumental in executing both tactical and strategic tasks. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for a variety of manufacturing positions, both hourly and salaried Support workforce planning, hiring, termination, and position replacement processes Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management issues Support employee engagement, retention, and overall employee lifecycle (“hire to exit”) activities Coordinate and manage relationships with external HR vendors (e.g., staffing agencies, background check providers, payroll or benefits vendors), ensuring service quality and compliance Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures Maintain accurate HR documentation and data within HR systems Manage timekeeping and payroll reports and processes Basic Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field Must have experience working in HR within manufacturing industry 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist and/or manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
