Payments Product Analytics - Senior Product Manager Location: Sunnyvale, CA Summary We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, self-starter Senior Product Manager to join TBCASoft on a game-changing, blockchain-based asset-transfer service journey. TBCASoft is building innovative products that are completely reshaping the digital payments and identity management spaces. This person will bring strong product management leadership skills which are required to successfully collaborate with cross-functional, internal teams and the service ecosystem of partners/customers to identify and build core, platform-level, product analytics capabilities around Fraud, AML/CTF, and Risk. The role resides in Sunnyvale and will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management & Strategy. Job Description / Responsibilities Define and develop core analytics capabilities, including the ability to instrument critical metrics, to ensure platform-centric detection / mitigation of fraudulent and AML/CTF activities, and to facilitate risk assessment. Define enterprise fraud, risk framework, and strategy, and develop strategy and framework by leveraging global best practices. Maintain strong awareness and expertise of evolving threats, industry trends, and best practices in payment industry fraud, risk, AML/CTF. Understand Issuing & Acquiring risks / mitigation – payment clearing, authorization, merchant on-boarding & activation. Requirements Domain expertise in payment risks and processing methods including card network, ACH, check, virtual cards, digital wallets, and international payments. Compliance and KYC knowledge are a plus. 7+ years of product management experience — with proven experience of driving forward-thinking vision and product roadmap for data platforms and insights products operating at significant scale. Familiarity with working with large scale unstructured data. Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau and Qlik. Strong technical skills in SQL and R/Python. Hypothesis testing and experience with experimentation (A/B testing). Strong ability to juggle between strategy, execution, and operational activities. Self-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain situations. Preferences Proven track record of turning insights into product growth opportunities in prior roles with increasing scope and responsibilities. Strong applied statistical knowledge. Ability to present complex analyses and insights effectively in simple terms. Good experience with both descriptive and inferential statistics – ability to build basic prototype models.
