No! You don't need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and process training that you'll need to be successful.

Responsibilities- Work directly with the agency owner to take care of existing customer accounts
- Process insurance policy renewals as they come up for renewal each year
- Quote Home, Auto and Business insurance policies for new clients requesting quotes (we teach you how to do this!).
- Organize and prioritize tasks to complete them effectively
- Respond timely to emails and phone calls
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
