Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 13-week assignment. Floating required between two skilled nursing facilities located about 30 minutes apart. Expected schedule includes 3 days at one location and 2 days at another location.
