Role

We are looking for a Sr Manager, GTM Communications to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based out of our global headquarters in San Jose, CA , reporting to the Senior Director, GTM Strategy & Communications. As the Sr Manager, GTM Communications, you will serve as the strategic voice of our Global Sales organization. In this high-visibility role, you will manage the end-to-end communication lifecycle for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and GTM leaders, translating complex cybersecurity and go-to-market strategies into clear, actionable, and inspiring narratives for our global sales force and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Act as the primary communications partner for the CRO and GTM leadership, managing internal and external platforms including board-level presentations, state of the union updates, and industry keynotes
• Drive the editorial and creative direction for the mainstage experience at annual Sales Kick-Off (SKO) events, including theme development, keynote scripting, and visual storytelling
• Design and orchestrate a holistic multi-channel communication ecosystem across field-facing platforms, GTM All Hands meetings, internal portals, and real-time channels
• Serve as the air traffic controller for sales communications by consolidating updates into a prioritized calendar and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering SMEs to deliver sales-ready messaging
• Expand change management frameworks and establish KPIs to support large-scale GTM initiatives, measure communication effectiveness, and maintain continuous field feedback loops

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• You are relentlessly curious. The AI threat landscape moves faster than any analyst report. New attack techniques, new tools, new buyer anxieties — you stay ahead of all of it, form your own point of view, and bring that perspective to everything you build
• 6+ years of experience in internal and executive communications within a fast-paced cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing mainstage content and live executive performance for large-scale events with 1,000+ attendees
• Proven ability advising C-suite executives and driving communications strategy for global sales organizations
• Experience expanding change management frameworks to support large-scale GTM initiatives, sales methodologies, or organizational shifts

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Direct experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or senior GTM leadership in enterprise cybersecurity
• Experience designing and managing multi-channel digital communication portals, internal knowledge bases, and field enablement platforms
• Demonstrated ability to establish quantitative communication KPIs and structured field feedback mechanisms to measure messaging impact across field teams

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$150,500—$215,000 USD
